I actually read a few comments online about how some people say that it’s a song about this boy trying to be ‘manly’ and falling for the one girl he has his eyes for- which is great and all but I guess, I understood the lyrics to this song a little bit different.įor me Overdose is a tragic love story that a guy experienced from this awful girl that leaves him hanging all the time. I’ve never really considered Overdose as a sweet and cute loving song about a guy falling for this beautiful girl.
